About Greenbanks Nursing Home
Greenbanks Nursing Home provides nursing and personal care for dementia sufferers for long or short stays. Accommodation consists of twenty single bedrooms and five shared bedrooms. With a large communal area and a separate dining room all areas of the home are accessible to people with limited mobility. Greenbanks is near the centre of Liphook, a semi-rural village in Hampshire.

Before we worked with Elite Care Services:
Before working with Elite Care Services we found our suppliers could not be relied upon to provide us with the competent, trained staff we needed, at short notice.

If our supplier fails to provide the appropriate staff when we needed them we would be short-staffed, and thus unable to provide the outstanding level of care and attention we provide our residents. Failing to deliver our minimum care standards is simply not an option so we had to find a reliable supplier which is why we turned to Elite Care Services.

Why did we choose to work with Elite Care Services?
We were in desperate need of staff at very short notice, our old supplier had let us down and we had to find an alternative. When we contacted Elite Care they immediately stepped in and got to work. They were able to provide what we needed, when we needed it. We have found them to be very reliable and totally trustworthy. I can now relax and have no concerns when have Elite Care Services staff working alongside our regular workers at Greenbanks.

What would we say to someone else thinking of using Elite Care Services
Without any hesitation, I would recommend Elite Care to anyone in a similar situation to myself. They are a friendly, well run family firm who really care, they are dedicated to helping us and they provide the highest quality service.
