STAFF GUIDELINES - ALL STAFF

 Are police checked (C.R.B.) and VBS (Vetting and barring) checked.

 Have moving and handling training.

Have in depth induction training

 References are obtained before work is allocated.

Wear uniform.

 Have photo identification badges, and name badges.

 Qualified nurses pin no. are checked with NMC.

 Receive ongoing training which is updated annually.

 Are polite and courteous.

 Will be delivered in our own transport to your home, and collected again at the end of the shift.

 Will arrive on time—every time.
