Dear Carol,
Just a note to confirm we will be selling the home on 28th February and closing it down.
I would like to take this oppertunity to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for all you have done for us. As you know, like many homes, we have found it very difficult to find staff but you have always been there, able to fill our vacancies. We have tried to give you some notice, but when this has not been possible, you have always provided cover even on the day of our request, and even at short notice over the christmas period. This is quite outstanding service and makes an ideal agency.
we have found the staff you provide to have sufficient caring skills and generally have enough common sense to be able to pick up our routine straight away with minimal input from us.
Many thanks again for keeping us sane and I wish you every success for the future.
