Carol is the owner of Elite Care, starting the business in Aug 2001. As well as being the Owner, Carol is an integral part of our Shift Co-ordination Team. Before starting Elite Care she had previously worked within the Care Industry for 16 years.
Kalvin was one of the founding members of Elite Care, when it opened for Business in August 2001. Kalvin is responsible for the day to day running of the company and management of the Finance department.
Simon has been with Elite Care since Feb 2013, and has 25 years experience working in the Recruitment Industry. Simon is responsible for the efficiently running of the operational system within Elite care and ensuring that all Policies and Procedures are adhered too.
Natasha joined Elite Care in Feb 2014, and is responsible for the processing of the company Payroll, Invoicing and Credit Control.
Marta joined Elite Care in Feb 2017, as an Accounts Apprentice and is now an integral part of our Finance Team, ensuring the efficient processing of invoices and staff payroll timesheets.
Social Media & Marketing
Shelby has been with Elite Care since July 2015, and having previously been in our Recruitment department for the past 4 years, she Is now responsible for our Social media presence and Marketing.
Oksana has been working in our Recruitment Team since joining Elite Care in January 2017. She is responsible for the Interviewing and processing of new candidates and applications, ensuring that all policies are adhered too. As well the candidates transition from Candidate to Employee.
Natasha joined Elite Care in Jan 2018, having previously worked as an admin co-ordinator within a Care Home for 8 years. Natasha works as part of our Shift Co-ordination Team and ensures that all requests for staffing from our Customers are fulfilled promptly and efficiently.
On Call Coordinator
Lyn has been with Elite Care since Feb 2014, and is our On-Call Shift Co-ordinator, ensuring the needs of our customers and staff are efficiently taken care of “Out of Hours” and at Weekends.
Keren joined Elite Care in October 2015 as part of our Training department, and came to us with 32 years Care industry experience, which included, most recently, Care Home Management for 14 years. Keren is responsible in ensuring all our excellent staff are trained to the highest standards.
Angela joined Elite Care in Nov 2014 as an Office Cleaner, but has since added to her role and is a senior Domestic Assistant in several Care Homes as well as involved in the Training of new Domestic Assistants
