We provide Industry Standard Training at our New Training Facility in Hilsea, Portsmouth. Our purpose built training facility boasts both a theory and classroom area plus a practical training room designed to replicate a room in a Care or Nursing Home.

Our Recruitment Process
We ensure that all our staff are compliant without question, before they are employed by us and during their continued development and training with our in house qualified trainers to care certified standards. Upon confirmation of registration all staff are shadowed, monitored and supervised prior to working with our clients. Our staff are then issued with their company handbook, which explains policies & procedures, uniform and their ID badge, which they will carry at all times.Thereafter all staff are monitored and supervised on an ongoing basis and are required to undergo annual appraisals. Likewise we also check changes in circumstances, student status changes, and update our qualified staff’s RCN status and NMC PIN numbers.
- Completed registration (application) form accompanied by a detailed CV
- 5 year work history including gaps in employment and reasons for leaving past employers
- Full record of Interview
- Proof of Identity, plus proof of National Insurance Number
- Minimum of 2 professional satisfactory references
- Evidence of qualifications
- Written proof of NMC PIN number and entry to register (trained staff only)
- Copy of immigration status and Visa (if applicable)
- Enhanced DBS (CRB)
